About

How it started
After years of working with teams across industries, I kept seeing the same patterns.
Tests became brittle, harder to maintain, and struggled to keep up as the product scaled. The common response? Add more people or outsource—but that rarely solves the real problem.

I’ve seen these patterns again and again—not because teams lack talent, but because systems and processes don’t scale with the product.

With over 12 years in QA and performance testing, I’ve learned what actually helps teams move forward: clear communication, solid engineering, and systems that scale. My background in business analysis and psychology has also shown me that change isn’t just technical—it’s cultural, and it starts with practical processes.

QA isn’t just a safety net—it’s how teams build confidence.
I help teams cut through the noise, focus on what matters, and build systems they can rely on.

If that sounds like what your team needs, I’d love to help.

Foundations in systems and people
My education in Computer Science and Psychology, combined with strong analytical skills, shapes how I approach both systems and teams.
I focus on how things work, why they break, and how to design processes that help people work better together.
02
I’ve led QA initiatives across complex, high-stakes environments, including healthcare, social services, finance, electricity, and mining.
I focus on enabling teams to build scalable, adaptable, and secure QA solutions with good foundational practices and clear processes.
What I've worked on

Lifelong learner
I’m always building my skills in programming, data science, and AI—especially where they apply to real-world problems like improving healthcare outcomes or streamlining services.
I’m driven by a natural curiosity and a belief in continuous improvement—in how I work, how I think, and what I bring to the teams I support.
